Ceiling speaker

ARS 5628

Ceiling loudspeaker designed for indoor playback of music and speech, especially fit for mounting on ceilings or walls, e. g. in offices, restaurants, classrooms, waiting rooms and corridors. The ARS 5624 (ARS 5628) consists of an elliptic direct radiating electro-dynamic speaker, an impedance-matching transformer, and two-piece non-flammable plastic housing. The loudspeaker carrying the transformer is fixed with four screw to the upper cover which forms a sound-permeable grid. This assembly is fixed with four screws to the lower cover which is designed for mounting in the desired place. The speaker connects to the 100 V line distribution system. The rated power input may be selected in accordance with the volume required by reconnecting the input wire onto the corresponding branch of the impedance-matching transformer. The power input of the speaker is set to the maximum by the manufacturer (6 W/3 W).
